4.   Request to Re-open Case – This application/site plan was approved at the Planning Board’s March 10, 2008 meeting.  In a letter to the Tarica’s dated March 24, 2008, copied to others including this office, Chairman Peter Gaito requested this case be re-opened. Application of Andrew Berman, Architect, for Mr. & Mrs. T. Tarica, owners, for a new 2nd  story rear addition at 50 Beach Avenue, Larchmont, NY, Block 720, Parcel 264. 

5.  Continued Discussion – Application of Gary S. Rogers, Architect, for Mr. & Mrs. R. Showers, owners, for a 2-story rear addition and to construct a new 1-car detached garage at 117 Beach Avenue, Larchmont, NY, Block 704, Parcel 294.  (The detached garage will require a Special Permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals.)
