The next meeting of the Larchmont Village Planning Board will be held on MONDAY,
April 14, 2008, at 8:00 PM in the VILLAGE CENTER of said Village at 119 Larchmont Avenue (behind the Village of Larchmont Library), Larchmont, New York.

2. Discussion cont. – Public Hearing Closed. Esposito Builders, Inc., owner, for the proposed site plan for multi-family residential development at North Avenue/Palmer Avenue, Larchmont, New York, Block 601 & 602, Parcels 486.1 and 494 (Collins Bros. and vacant land). (Approved by Zoning Board on 10/29/07.)
3. Continued Discussion – Application of Gordon + Yestadt Architects, for Mr. & Mrs. Schilling, owners, for a new 2nd story addition and new covered porch area at 7 Harrison Drive, Larchmont, NY, Block 609, Parcel 200. (Adjourned at the 1/14, 2/11, and 3/10/08 meetings.)
4. Request to Re-open Case – This application/site plan was approved at the Planning Board’s March 10, 2008 meeting. In a letter to the Tarica’s dated March 24, 2008, copied to others including this office, Chairman Peter Gaito requested this case be re-opened. Application of Andrew Berman, Architect, for Mr. & Mrs. T. Tarica, owners, for a new 2nd story rear addition at 50 Beach Avenue, Larchmont, NY, Block 720, Parcel 264.
5. Continued Discussion – Application of Gary S. Rogers, Architect, for Mr. & Mrs. R. Showers, owners, for a 2-story rear addition and to construct a new 1-car detached garage at 117 Beach Avenue, Larchmont, NY, Block 704, Parcel 294.
