Parking Permit Return, Transfer
and Replacement Policies

Returns: Refunds may be obtained for day and/or night parking permits for Lots No. 1,4,5,6,7,8 and 10. Permit sticker(s) must be returned to the Clerk's Office to obtain refunds. When returned before the first of a month, a full refund of the unused portion may be issued.

If permit stickers are returned on or after the first of the month, the refunded amount will be reduced accordingly. Refund checks will be mailed to the purchaser by the Village of Larchmont Treasurer's Office. Refunds are not given on metered parking permits or on debit card purchases.

Refunds/returns cannot be transacted through this web site.

Transfers and Replacements: If you wish to transfer your permit to another car, remove your old permit and return it to the Village Clerk's Office, with the new car registration. A transfer fee will be charged.
