- Redesigning a storefront façade, including renovating windows and installing new signage.
- Constructing a new building.
- Regrading the topography of a property.
- Constructing a pool.
- Changing a commercial property from a restaurant into a laundromat.
This page includes information on Application Requirements and on each Land Use Board, including the schedule of meetings and deadlines. Information is also listed for highlighted local laws (FAR setbacks, lot coverage, subdivisions, driveways, and schedule of dimensional and use regulations).
