You may also submit a paper application by mail or in-person at the Village Clerk's Office. Paper applications are available for:
- Railroad Parking (Train Station Lots 1 and 3)
- Apartment Resident Parking (Resident Boston Post District and Palmer District Parking)
- Business Owner / Employee Parking
Please review all documentation requirements listed in the application, including:
- Copy/Photo of Vehicle Registration;
- Proof of Residency;
- If you are interested in purchasing a 65+ permit, you must include a valid ID showing date of birth;
- If you are not the owner of the vehicle, you must bring a notarized letter from the vehicle owner;
- Business/Merchant Permit Applications must include vehicle registration and proof of employment at a Village of Larchmont establishment.
